Use the form which is located in the email from your coach to indicate what you would like to order.
I have just put some obvious options but if you want something a little different (coffee mug, deck of cards, standup cutout, cutting board, Christmas ornament or many other things like that), email me and I can tell you what can be done.
Total up your order and send an e-transfer to this email address: rob@65rosesphotography.com
If you are ordering hockey cards, you also need to fill in the hockey card form included in the email from your coach.
